The AIO Limited Edition Abundance 360 shoe made its debut at the 2025 Abundance360 Summit with Peter Diamandis, created as a symbol of progress for the Summit community. Each pair was thoughtfully designed for members who believe in shaping a smarter and more sustainable future. Using generative AI and our LOOP™ platform, and produced in partnership with KX Lab, the shoe blends advanced technology with mindful design. Made from a single recyclable material and crafted without toxic glues, it represents a shift toward simplicity and circularity in footwear.

Opening on the occasion of the twenty-eighth edition of miart, the international modern and contemporary art fair organized by Fiera Milano, Abbandonare il locale is the first major solo exhibition in Italy dedicated to David Horvitz. It takes place inside an abandoned office at BiM – an ambitious urban regeneration project in Milan’s Bicocca district that is transforming an iconic building by Vittorio Gregotti into a cutting-edge work destination – and it’s curated by Nicola Ricciardi, artistic director of miart, who has selected together with Horvitz over 20 works covering almost 20 years of the artists’ career.

Crafted with Evrnu’s next-generation Nucycl™ fiber made entirely from 100% textile waste, the garment embodies the fusion of innovation, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility. Inspired by the precision of origami, its 3D seamless construction reflects the meticulous artistry and efficiency made possible through digital prototyping in LOOP. Each hoodie is a fully circular piece that is recyclable, waste-free, and designed to be reformed into new garments, eliminating landfill disposal and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The 360 Hoodie stands as a symbol of what is possible when technology and design unite, paving the way for a cleaner, smarter, and more connected future for the fashion industry.

In collaboration with LACI, LADWP, Südwolle Group, and The Woolmark Company, VARIANT3D completed a pilot project that reimagines the intersection of textiles, technology, and sustainability. Rooted in collaboration and innovation, the initiative reflects our belief that meaningful progress happens when creativity meets advanced manufacturing. 

The project culminated in the design and modeling of a series of knit-to-shape cushions that demonstrated the precision and flexibility of digital textile engineering. Six cushions were crafted with new materials, while six others were repurposed, showcasing our ongoing commitment to circular design and responsible manufacturing. This collaboration stands as a testament to the power of partnership and to VARIANT3D’s role in bridging design innovation and sustainable production for the next generation of the textile industry.
